Headlines: BMS Students Fare Well at Science Olympiad Competition
A few weekends ago, students from Brunswick competed in the Regional Science Olympiad Competition. We’re excited to tell you, we had a number of students score well in their events.
The BMS team consists of: Anthony A., Timmy B., Jimmy G., Matt G., David N., Forrest P., Chris S. and Cooper S.
The Winners:
Matt G. won 1st place in Disease Detective
Chris S. and Forrest P. won 3rd place in Write it/Do it
David N. won 2nd place in Bottle Rocket
Chris S. and Forrest P. won 5th place in Storm the Castle
Matt G. won 1st place in Disease Detective. He was tested by the Science Olympiad people about Food Born Illnesses. There were fill-in blanks questions, multiple choice questions, experiments and science labs that he had to do.
He is just one of the many participants and winners of the Regional Science Olympiad Competition. When you see him, and the many others, be sure to congratulate them and wish them best in the State Competition at John Hopkins University in April.
